Anabin (Anerkennung und Bewertung ausländischer Bildungsnachweise) is the database of the Kultusministerkonferenz (KMK) containing information about foreign educational institutions and qualifications.

Open anabin.kmk.org
Click on "Institutionen" to search by institution or "Hochschulabschlüsse" to search by qualification.
Select country: Serbia
In the "Staat" dropdown, select "Serbien" (or "Serbien und Montenegro" for older diplomas).
Search by institution name
Enter the university name in Serbian or German. Try both if one doesn't return results.
Check the status (H+, H+/-, H-)
Each institution has a rating that determines whether it's recognized in Germany.
View qualification details
Click on the specific qualification for details about equivalency in the German system.
Search tips
The institution is fully recognized as equivalent to a German higher education institution. Your diploma can be directly evaluated.

The institution is partially recognized. Status depends on the specific program. Individual review required.
